| 摘 要： | 目的了解尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGFR)1和2的水平。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例CA组织中VEGFR-1和VEGFR-2的水平。结果CA组织及正常对照组VEGFR-1和VEGFR-2阳性表达率均为100.00%,CA组织中VEGFR-1和VEGFR-2的阳性表达强度多为2+～3+,正常对照组多为+～2+;两组的VEG-FR-1和VEGFR-2阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但VEGFR-1和VEGFR-2的表达强度分别与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CA组织中存在VEGFR-1和VEGFR-2过度表达,其在促进CA细胞增殖及血管生成中可能发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and significance of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in lesions of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 in 40 cases of CA and 20 normal skin controls.Results The positive rates of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 were 100.00%(40/40)and 100.00%(40/40)in CA tissues,meanwhile 100.00%(20/20)and 100.00%(20/20)in the controls,and no significant difference was found in the positive rates of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 between the two groups(P>0.05).The expression intensity of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 was significantly increased in CA tissues than that in the controls(both P<0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 may play an important role in promoting the proliferation and provoking angiogenesis of CA cells. |
