某大学新生乙肝病毒感染状况分析

目的：了解华北水利水电学院新生近年来HBV感染率的动态变化。方法：连续5年对华北院约5400名新生进行RPHA法过筛，对HBsAg阳性者再用ELISA法进行乙肝两对半检验，并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果：乙肝两对半阳性HBsAg、HBeAg、抗－HBe和抗－HBc、四项的阳性率均呈逐年上升趋势，且男生阳性率明显高于女生；HBV感染模式以小三阳（HBsAg、抗HBe^ ,抗HBc^ )，大三阳（HBsAg^ ,HBeAg^ 和－HBc^-)和双阳（HBsAg^ 和HBeAg^ )为主；HBV感染模式不受年度变化,感染率高低和性别的影响。结论：应加强对高校新生，特别是男生人群的乙肝防治工作，在入院时应对新生作乙肝疫苗全程免疫。

A Longitudinal Study on Infection Rate of a College

Objective: To understand the dynamic change in infection rate of hepatitis B virus (HBV) among freshmen of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. Methods: For successive five years, HBsAg was screened using RPHA method among 5 400 freshmen at North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power. Among HBsAg-positive freshmen, HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb were detected with the method of ELISA. Results: Positivity rates of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb increased year after year, the rates were higher for males than females. The HBV infection patterns included two tri-positive patterns(HBsAg , HBeAg , HBcAb or HBsAg , HBeAb , HBcAb ) and a bi-positive pattern(HBsAg , HBeAg ). The infection patterns were not affected by years, infection rates and sex. Conclusion: Further emphasis should be placed on prevention and treatment of hepatitis B among freshmen, especially among male new students. At the time of entrance, freshmen should be inoculated with HB vaccine.
