| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨远志皂苷（TS）对大鼠心肌缺血后再灌注导致的损伤的保护作用及作用机制。方法；结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型；缺血同时静脉缓慢注射远志皂苷，测定其对损伤大鼠血清中CPK及心肌组织中SOD和NO生成的影响，并测定心肌梗死的重量。结果：TS可以抑制大鼠血清CPK的升高和心肌组织中NO的形成，提高SOD的活力，减少大鼠心肌梗死的范围。结论：碣可以减轻大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤，作用的机制可能和抗氧自由基及NO自由基的形成有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effect and mechanism of tenujfolie saponin(TS)against myocardium injured by ischemia and reperfusion in rats was studied.Methods:Acute ischemia/reperfusion model was made by ligating the left anterior desxending branch of coronary artery in rats.When ischemia occurred,the rats were intravenously administered TS.The ac- tivity of creatine phosphokinase(CPK)was tested and superoxide dismutase(SOD),NO of myocardium in rats were also measured,and the dimension of myocardial infarction was measured.Results:TS improved the SOD activites,inhibited the nitric oxide(NO)production on myocardium and also decreased the production of CPK in serum on ischemia/reperfusion rats respectively.Conclusiton:TS showed protective effect against myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injured,to resist the damaging of oxygen free radical and NO free radical. |
