| 摘 要： | 本阐述了在目前建立高等医学院校专科研究所信息系统的迫切性及可行性，明确了医学专科研究所信息统一管理的目标，提出了建立医学专科研究所信息系统的总体设计方案，以及当前实施研究所信息化建设应采取的关键步骤。

| Abstract: | The imminency and availability of constructing unitary information systems in Medical Institute in the era of the information developing fast was expatiated, and the aim of the unitive managerment of all information in Medical Institute was definituded. Then, the total design and the key appoachings of constructing unitary information systems in Medical Institute were brought forwards. |
