| 摘 要： | 目的研究制备高丽参注射液的工艺和质量控制方法。方法以65%乙醇回流提取,用75%、85%乙醇分别醇沉,配成贮备液冷藏等方法生产生产高丽参注射液。用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果本制备工艺及测定方法可行。结论紫外分光光度法测定人参皂苷含量可作为控制高丽参注射液质量的手段。
