| 摘 要： | 本文采用荧光偏振免疫法研究了9例长期使用地高辛患者的血药浓度,结果发现,在加服地尔硫1wk后,地高辛的稳态血药浓度升高(P<0.05),肝肾功能不全患者的升高程度更大;患者的血压和心率均下降(P<0.01);有二例不良反应。

| Abstract: | The effect of diltiazem on the stedy state level of digoxin was investigated in 9 inpatients using fluorescence polarizationimmunoassay. The inpatients were given either digoxin alone or in combination with diltiazem. Diltiazem increased the conee?tration of digoxin (P<0.05). decreased the blood pressure and heart rate (P<0.01) and brought about two eases t?ceessu?er?.to adjust the digoxin dosage if digoxin and diltiazem are administered concurrently. |
