摘    要:目的:探讨壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠垂体生长抑素(Somatostatin)的影响。方法:用耗气破气加饥饱失常法建立100只大鼠实验性脾虚模型,用放射免疫分析法检测壮医药线点灸治疗前后大鼠垂体及血浆中SS的含量,并设立空线点灸对照、中药四君子汤治疗对照、模型自然恢复对照及正常健康对照。结果:脾虚大鼠脑垂体和血浆中的SS含量明显高于同期正常健康对照(P<0.01)。壮医药线点灸治疗后,脑垂体及血浆中的SS含量明显降低,治疗前后比较差异有显著性,P<0.05;治疗后与同期模型组及空线点灸治疗对照组比较差异也有显著性,P<0.05;与中药治疗组比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论:壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠垂体SS有调整作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional Medicine(MTMZ) on SS of pituitary in the rat of experimental spleen deficiency.Methods:100 model rats of spleen deficiency were established by exhaustion,dissipating stagnant qi and irregular diet and they were divided into four groups randomly,a model group,a MTMZ group,a non-MTMZ groug,a Si Jun Zi decoction (SJZD) group,as compared with the control group.SS contents in pituitary,plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) before and after treatment.Results:The SS levels in pituitary and plasma in the rat of spleen deficiency were higher,than those in the health control group (P<0.01).After treatment of MTMZ,SS levels in pituitary and plasma decreased significantly,with very significant differences (P<0.05),as compared with the modeL group,similar to those SJZD group(P>0.05). Conclustion:MTMZ has a regulatory action on SS in pituitary of rats with experimental spleen deficiency.
