CD44v6基因在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨CD44v6基因在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系.方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测了201例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺良性肿瘤及30例正常甲状腺组织中CD44v6的表达情况.结果(1)CD44v6在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达阳性率为71.1%,明显高于两对照组(P均＜0.01).(2)在甲状腺乳头状癌中,CD44v6在I型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型及包膜内型、包膜外型、腺外型之间的表达均有明显统计学差异.(3)有转移组CD44v6的阳性率为79.3%,明显高于无转移组(58.5%),其蛋白表达与颈淋巴结转移呈正相关.CD44v6阳性表达的患者发生颈淋巴结转移的可能性大.结论CD44v6的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展、浸润和颈淋巴结转移密切相关,检测CD44v6可以作为预测甲状腺乳头状癌颈淋巴转移潜能的有价值的参考指标.

Expression of CD44v6 and its clinical significance in papillary thyroid carcinoma

Objective: To evaluate the expression of CD44v6 and its clinical significance in Papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical stain was used to determine the expression of CDD4v6 in biopsy specimen of 201 papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), 30 benign thyroid tumors(BTT), 30 normal control(NC).Results: 1. The positive rate of CD44v6 in PTC was 71.1%, it was significantly higher than that in BTT and NC (P<0.01).2. The positive rate of CD44v6 in PTC with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis. The expression of CD44v6 in PTC was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). The patients with CD44v6 positive had the high possibility of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: It suggests that the expression of CD44v6 is correlated with the carcinogenesis, progression, infiltration and lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,it can serves as important indicators for predicting lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma.
