成人前牙错畸形正畸与修复的联合治疗效果

目的探讨成人个别前牙错[牙台]畸形的正畸与修复联合治疗的临床效果。方法对34例成人个别前牙错[牙台]畸形采用正畸-修复-体化的治疗方案。结果全部病例经过正畸后都为修复创造了条件，修复后牙齿排列整齐、牙体宽度和高度均协调、牙龈附着良好，在功能和美观上均达到预期效果。结论成人个别前牙错[牙台]畸形采用正畸学与修复学的综合治疗方法，能更好地达到功能与美观相统一的疗效。

Clinical Effect of the Combination Therapy of Orthodontics and Prosthetics on Adult Anterior Teeth Restoration

[ Objective] To study the clinical effect of the orthodontics combined with prosthetics on adult anterior teeth restoration. [ Methods] Multidisciplinary therapy was applied to 34 patients who have serious or medium misalignment. [ Results] After orthodontics treatment, all cases could be restored by prosthetics. And after prosthetics, the teeth array was orderliness, tallness and breadth of teeth were harmonious, and gum accreted well. The therapy attained expected effect on dental function and esthetics. [ Conclusion] This muhidisciplinary therapy of orthodontics and prosthetics for complex adult oral problems can attained more satisfactory curative effect on dental function and esthetics.
