中药神龙液对小鼠S180肉瘤的放射增敏作用的研究

目的：探讨中药神龙液配合放疗对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤的放射增敏效应。方法：设对照组，神庞液组，单放组和神龙液加放射组。抑瘤率试验用８Ｇｙ一次性照射，剂量修饰因子观察用２．５，５，１０，１５，２０Ｇｙ，５个剂量点分别一次性照射。结果：各组抑瘤率与对照组抑瘤率比较，神龙且为２２．７５％，单放组为３０．６９％，神龙液加放射组为５１．８５％平均剂量修饰因子为１．２６。结论：中药神人配合放疗对小鼠Ｓ１８０肉瘤有放

RADIOSENSITIZATION EXPERIMENT OF SHENLONGYE HERBS IN MICE WITH S180 SARCOMA

Objective:To study the effect of the combined use of Shenlongye (SLY) herbs and radiation in mice with S180 sarcoma Methods:There are four groups in this experiment: control group,SLY group,radiation alone group and SLE radiation group The tumor inhibitive rate was observed by using a dose in 8Gy for one fractional irradiation,and the Dose Modifying Factor (DMF) was assessed by using doses in 2 5 Gy,5 Gy,10 Gy,15 Gy and 20 Gy for one fractional irradiation respectively Results:As compared with control group,the tumor inhibitive rates of the other relevant groups were as following:SLY group22 75%,radiation alone group 30 69% and SLY radiation 51 85% respectively ,and the mean DMF of SLE radiation group was 1 26 Conclusion:The combined use of SYL and radiation have the radiosensitizing effect on mice with S180
