| 摘 要： | 目的研究ＣＴ在原发性支气管肺癌分期中的价值。方法对２０例原发性支气管肺癌进行回顾性研究并与术后结果对照，以评价ＣＴ在肺癌分期中的价值。结果对于肿瘤的Ｔ分期，ＣＴ的准确率为７５％，对于肿瘤的Ｎ分期，ＣＴ的准确率为７５％。结论ＣＴ对肺癌的分期可靠。

| Abstract: | Objectve To study the value of CT in the staging of bronchogenic carcinoma. Methobs Twenty cases of bronchogenic carcimma were studied retrospectively to assess the staging of CT and compared with the results of operation. Results For T staging of tumor the aceuracy of CT was 75% and for N staging of tumor the accuracy of CT was 75%. Conclusion CT is reliable for staging of bronchogomic curcinoma. |
