俞募配穴穴位注射治疗脑卒中后尿失禁临床观察

目的观察俞募配穴穴位注射法治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将60例脑卒中后尿失禁患者，按照入院的时间顺序采用抽签法分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组在中极和膀胱俞以维生素B12穴位注射，同时接受针对脑卒中的常规针刺治疗，隔日1次，10次为1个疗程。对照组针刺中极和膀胱俞，其他疗法及疗程与治疗组相同。1个疗程后进行尿失禁主要症状评分，尿失禁程度评估和患者功能独立性评定（functional independence measure，FIM）量表评分。结果治疗组尿失禁愈显率显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），在延长夜尿间隔时间、增强患者排尿急迫感、减少夜尿次数和诱因诱发排尿方面，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05，或P〈0．01），有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后治疗组FIM评分显著优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论俞募配穴穴位注射治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效优于常规针刺，可明显改善患者尿失禁的症状和体征。

Acupoint Injection Based on Combination of Shu-acupoint and Mu-acupoint for Post-stroke Urinary Incontinence
