NICU新生儿父母心理健康状况相关性研究

目的:调查陪伴在重症新生儿室(NICU)的新生儿父母的心理健康状况,为临床护理干预提供依据。方法:选取20例陪伴在NICU的新生儿父母为研究组,20例健康新生儿父母为对照组,采用scl-90自评量表及自制问卷进行调查评估。结果:NICU新生儿父母整体心理健康状况较健康新生儿父母差,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执等因子评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05)。患儿母亲躯体化、抑郁、焦虑3项因子评分均明显高于父亲,两者比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05);而人际关系、恐怖和偏执因子评分明显低于父亲,影响因素中担心患儿安危比例最高(100%)。研究组对医院环境、经济负担、与医护人员关系等的担忧也明显高于对照组。结论:临床医护人员应重视患儿父母心理健康状况,并给予相应的心理干预。

NICU Parents of Newborn Heart Health-related Research

Objective：Investigate the mental state of neonatal parents in NICU and the intervention effect,so as to provide theory basis for developing the psychological intervention in clinic.Methods：20 parents of grave neonate were divided into the study group and 20 parents of heallhy neonate were chose to be the control group.Every patient was given a score with self-rating scale （SCL-90）and selfmade questionnaires.Results：The mental states of the study group was worse than control group ,the scores of somatization, depression, anxiety and bigotry was higher than control group （P〈0.01 or P 〈0.05 ）.Compare parents of study group,the mothers＇scores of somatization, depression and anxiety were significantly higher than fathers （P〈0.05）;while the scores of human relation,terror and bigotry were lower than father, these scores were significance.The main influence factor was that they were worried about the safety of neonates （100%）.The other factors include environment of hospital, problem of economy and friction with paramedic ,the percentage of them were higher than control group.Conclusion ：Paramedic should pay more attention on mental state of neonatal parents and give them relevant Rental intervention.
