| 摘 要： | 我院１９８５年－１９９３年应用超声诊断睾丸肿瘤４２例，经手术和病理证实符合率为９７．６％。（４１／４２）。讨论了肿瘤与其他阻囊肿块的鉴别诊断，并认为肿瘤声像图特征对术前的病理性推断有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Forty-two cases of testis tumors diagnosod by ultrasonography from 1985 to. 1993, and proved by operation and pathology were reported. The total accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis is 97. 6% (41/41). The differenciation of testis tmors from other scrotal mass was discussed. We think that the characteristics of sonograms of testis tumors have certain value in the pathologic prediction before operation. |
