| 摘 要： | 临床上排除肿瘤和罕见综合症及其他内分泌疾病的６６例各种性早熟的Ｂ超检查法；探讨了三种不同类型性早熟女孩的子宫和卵巢，滤泡变化的声像图特征：包括①特发性中枢性早熟②外源性假性性早熟；③单纯性乳房早发育。并讨论了三种不同性早熟的超声显像鉴别诊断要点及其诊断价值。

| Abstract: | The technic of B-mode Ultrsound examination on 66 patients with various sexual precocity(after excluding the rare syndromes and endocrinal diseases)was reported. Three types of sonographic characteristies of morphological changes in uterus ovary and follicle were showed in precoiouscases:Including 1. Idioputhice central sexual precocity; 2. Exogenous pseudo-precocitys 3.simplebreast precociousness;The differential diagnoses and valude of B-mode sonography for three types ofsexual precocity were discussed. |
