Abstract: | During childhood the common anterior middle mediastinal masses are either lymph node enlargement or teratomas/dermoids. A case of ossific mediastinal metastasis and pleural metastases from osteosarcoma, presenting three years after the primary disease (late metastasis) is reported for its rarity. |
