氢质子磁共振波谱在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的应用研究

摘    要:目的 应用氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)技术定量诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD). 资料与方法 对22例NAFLD患者与20名健康者行肝脏FSE T2WI和1H-MRS扫描.经后处理得到1H-MRS波谱值及肝脏脂质相对含量(IHCL)并进行统计学分析. 结果 NAFLD组IHCL较正常组明显升高(P<0.01),但IHCL与临床表现无明显的相关性. 结论 肝脏1H-MRS扫描可对IHCL进行准确定量,能帮助诊断NAFLD.
