| 摘 要： | 目的 观察阿波莫斯在肝性脑病治疗中的疗效。方法 把146例不同程度的肝性脑病患随机分成两组，分别给予阿波莫斯及乙酰谷酰胺治疗，定期观察患神志、扑翼样震颤，并对其中84例血NH3升高进行血NH3监测，用χ^2检验和t检验分析结果。结果 阿波莫斯能显地改善肝性脑病患的神志、扑翼样震颤（P＜0．05）及降低血NH3（P＜0．05）。结论 阿波莫斯在肝性脑病治疗中有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | AIM To observe the effect of hepa|mers in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. METHODS 146 patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Were divided into two groups randomly and treated by hepa-mers and aceglutamide respectively, they were observed with consciousness and flapping tremor regularlyl; and 84 cases with high blood amonia were monitored, the results were analysed by chi-square test and significance test. RESULTS Hepa|mers apparently improves patients consciousness and flapping tremor ( P< 0 05) and lowers the blood amonia ( P< 0 05) compared with aceglutamide. CONCLUSION Hepa|mers has marked effect in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy. |
