| 摘 要： | 目的对我国医药行业委托加工的政策环境进行分析，对存在的问题提出改善建议。方法通过对我国医药行业委托加工的范围、规模和发展趋势进行总结，并在此基础上对我国医药行业委托加工的国内国际政策环境进行分析。结果与结论我国药品委托加工相关政策应进行改革，如放宽对委托方的资格限制，进一步放开对外药品委托加工，促进制剂企业的健康快速发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the regulations of pharmaceutical industry OEM in China,and to advance some suggestions.Methods The range,scale and trend of OEM in China pharmaceutical industry,and the policy environment at home and abroad were analyzed.Results and Conclusion The restriction of qualification on the entrusting party should be lessened,the foreign OEM on drug should be let go,and the OEM on preparations should be encouraged. |
