经腹Sugiura全门奇断流术治疗食管静脉曲张出血的效果观察

报告食管静脉曲张12例，参照了Sugiura方法旗行经腹门奇静脉断流术，取得了满意的止血效果。经同数的对比观察，疗铲明显优于Hassab手术，年龄18-58岁，11例为肝内型（肝炎后），病理证实为结节性肝硬变；1例属肝外阻塞，10例有出血史，其中5例为多次出血，属术手再出血者4例（1例脾肾分流，3例脾切除后），术后近期死亡2例均为急诊断流（呼吸衰竭与肝衰各1例）；余10例经1-3年随访，全部恢复体力，无再出血及脑病。

Transabominal Sugiura s Complete Portal Azygous Disclnnection in Controlling Esophageal Variceal Bleeding

Sugiura's procedure of transabdominal portal azygous.disconnection in the treatment of twelve cases with esophageal varices has been reported. In comparison with Hassab operation on 12 cases con- temporarily,this procedure proved to be more effective in controlling hemorrhage. The age of patients ranged from 18 to 58 years. 11 of them were intrahepatic, (after hepatitis),proved to be nodular cir- rhosis pathologically; one had extrahepatic obstruction. There was bleeding history in 10 cases. 5 of them with repeated hemorrhage were postoperativc hemorrhage in 4 cases (1 after splenorenal shunt and 3 after splenectomy). 2 patients died early after emergency operation (due to respiratory failure and hepatic failure respectively). Follow--up observation from 1 to 3 years found 10 patients survived and had a better recovery,without rebleeding or encephalopathy.
