食管鳞癌Bcl—2和Bax基因表达与放疗敏感性的关系

目的　探讨食管鳞癌中 Bcl- 2和 Bax基因表达与放疗敏感性的关系。方法　采用免疫组化法检测 36例食管鳞癌标本中 Bcl- 2和 Bax基因表达 ,结合放疗后生存率分析检测结果。结果　 36例食管癌放疗患者中 ,术后生存 1a、3a和 5 a的癌组织中 Bcl- 2阳性检出率分别为 86 % (2 3/ 2 7)、6 9% (13/ 19)和 38% (3/ 8) ,差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 5 ;Bax的阳性检出率分别为 6 7% (18/ 2 7)、95 % (18/ 19)和 10 0 % (8/ 8) ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　食管鳞癌组织中 Bcl- 2和Bax基因表达与放疗敏感性有关 ,可作为判断食管鳞癌放疗预后的指标。

The Relationship between Bcl-2 and Bax gene Expressions and Radiation Sensitivity in Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the relationship between Bcl 2 and Bax gene expressions and radiation sensitivity in esophageal carcinomas. Methods Expressions of Bcl 2 and Bax gene protein from 36 esophageal carcinoma specimens were measured by immunohistochemistry and statistical analyses were made combining with the patient survival rate after radiation. Results The Bcl 2 positive specimens were 86%(23/27), 69%(13/19), and 38%(3/8),respectively. The Bax were 67%(18/27), 95%(18/19), 100%(8/8) in patient for 1, 3 and5 years survival rates respectively, both genes expressions showed significant difference.Conclusions The Bcl 2 and the Bax gene expressions were reliable criteria in predicting radiation outcome of esophageal carcinoma.
