不同治疗方案在更年期功能性子宫出血治疗中的效果比较

目的：研究和比较米非司酮与传统方法治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果，为临床实践提供一些参考和借鉴。方法：选择笔者所在医院2009年12月-2011年12月收治的150例更年期功能性子宫出血患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组各75例，研究组给予米非司酮治疗，对照组给予传统方法（安宫黄体酮和乙烯雌酚）治疗，观察和比较两组性激素水平和临床治疗效果。结果：（I）治疗后，研究组FSH、P、E2三项指标均显著优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）研究组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在临床上治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的实践过程中，采用米非司酮治疗方法的临床效果显著，是临床治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的可靠选择。

The Comparison of the Effect of Different Treatment Ways in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Functional Uterine Bleeding

Objective： To further study and compare the effect of mifepristone and traditional treatment method in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding, so as to provide some references for clinical practice Method： One hundred and fifty cases of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 were chosen and randomly divided into study group and control group, 75 in each group.Study group were treated by mifepristone, control group were treated by traditional method. FSH, P, E2 and clinical effect were compared. Result： （1） After treatment, the level of FSH, P, E2 in study group were better than that in control group, the difference were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . （ 2 ） The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： In the practice of clinical treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding, the clinical efficacy of mifepristone treatment is significant, and it is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.
