血液标本采集中护理缺陷原因分析及改进护理措施研究

研究分析2011年1月-2012年1月医院统计上报的7300例血液标本，其中98例血液标本发生护理缺陷，主要原因是护士采集血液标本过程中基础操作不规范、缺乏专业的理论知识和临床经验、护理岗位管理机制不科学、护士情绪受到影响等因素引起。通过及时应对护理缺陷、健全完善血液标本采集工作流程、实施岗位科学管理、加强学习提高业务水平、强化培训提高护士综合素质等措施，对血液标本采集的全过程进行安全管理，降低了护理缺陷的发生，全院护理质量明显提高。

Analysis of Blood Samples for Nursing Defects and Improvement of Nursing Measures

To research and analyze 7300 blood specimens counted and reported by the hospital from January 2011 to January 2012.Among them, 98 cases of blood specimen nursing defects occured.The main reason are the basis of blood specimen collection by nurses during the operation are not standard, the lack of theoretical knowledge and clinical experience, professional nursing post management mechanism is not scientific, the emotional impact factors.Through the timely response to the nursing defects, improve blood specimen collection work, the implementation of scientific management, to strengthen the study raise the level of business, measures such as intensive training to improve nurses＇ comprehensive quality, to safety management of the whole process of blood specimen collection, reduces ＂the incidence of nursing defects, and partial nursing quality improved obviously.
