摘    要:目的:优选黄芪有效成分的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验L9(34)优化提取工艺,以乙醇体积分数醇度、乙醇溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以主要有效成分黄芪甲苷,毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的提取率为指标。结果:最佳工艺为用10倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1 h。结论:优选的工艺稳定、合理,可用于黄芪有效成分的提取及质量控制方法标准。

Study on Extract Technology for Effective Ingredient of Radix Astragali by Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract:Objective: To study extract technology for effective ingredient of Radix Astragali by Orthogonal Experiment, the purpose promotes mass detection method of Radix Astragali.nethod : The extract technology were used Orthogonal Experiment by L9 ( 34 ) .The research factors were determined Alcohol concentration, Alcohol dosage, extract time and extract frequency.The effective ingredient of Radix Astragali were observed for Astragaloside 1V and Calycosin Glucoside, which they were index for extraction rate.Result: The 10 volume times alcohol, 80% concentration alcohol, 2 recirculation times and one time of 1 hour were discovered for optimization technology. Conclusion: The extract condition be sure to stable and reasonable. That can be to make use of extraction in effective ingredient and quality control method for Radix Astragali.
