急性胰腺炎保守治疗的系统化护理及效果分析

目的：总结并探讨急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatifis，AP）患者保守治疗中的系统化临床护理措施及护理效果。方法：45例急性胰腺炎患者在保守抗感染治疗基础上施以健康教育、心理护理、心电监护、密切病情观察、围导管护理、饮食护理与营养支持、并发症的预防等系统化临床干预措施，记录患者临床预后。结果：（1）．43例（95．6％）患者治愈出院，平均住院时间（14．1±2．8）d；43例患者中有2例（4．7％）并发小肠瘘，分别对症治疗35d、32d后，血便停止，治愈出院。（2）2例（4．4％）重症急性胰腺炎患者入院并发多器官功能障碍综合征，经抢救无效死亡，病死率4．4％。结论：对AP保守治疗患者实施系统化护理干预措施是确保治疗成功的重要措施。

Systematic Nursing on Conservative Treatment Patients with Acute Pancreatifis

Objective： To summarize and discuss systematic nursing measures on patients with acute pancreatifis （ AP ） undergoing conservative treatment.Method： Based on anti-infectious treatment, systematic measures such as health education, psychological nursing, electrocardiograph monitoring, disease observation, efficacious catheter surrounding care, diet nursing and nutrition support, complication preventions were given to 45 AP cases, and clinical prognosis were noted. Result： （ 1 ） 45 cases （ 95.6% ） were cured, average hospital stay was （ 14.1 ＋ 2.8 ） d, among of which 2 cases complicated with enteric fistula, after 35 d , 32 d symptomatic treatment respectively, blood stopped and ischarged from hospital. （ 2 ） 2 （ 4.4% ） SAP cases were death from complication of muhiple organ dysfunction syndrome （ MODS ）, death rate was 4.4%.Conclusion： Systematic nursing on conservative treatment of AP patients is of importance and necessity for patients ＇ prognosis.
