碘伏湿敷减少中心静脉导管相关感染的临床研究

目的 探讨重症监护病房（ICU）患者中心静脉置管过程中出现局部感染时应用碘伏湿敷的有效性.方法 根据随机对照原则将98例中心静脉置管患者分为常规组（46例）和实验组（52例）.常规组出现局部感染时,中心静脉导管继续采用常规维护法;实验组在常规维护的基础上采用碘伏湿敷法.观察2组患者导管相关性血流感染（CRBSI）的发生率.结果 实验组CRBSI感染率为1.9%,常规组感染率为13.0%,实验组CRBSI感染率低于对照组.结论 中心静脉置管患者出现局部感染时采用碘伏湿敷,可有效降低CRBSI的发生率.

Clinical study on hydropathic compress with iodophors to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infection

Objective To investigate the effect of hydropathic compress with iodophors to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infection（CRBSI） caused by central venous catheter. Methods 98 patients with central venous catheters were divided into control group （n= 46） and experiment group （n=52） according to the principles of randomized control. The control group was given usual catheter care, the experiment group was given hydropathic compress with iodophors on the base of usual catheter care. CRBSI rates of two groups were observed. Results The CRBSI rate in the experiment group was 1. 9% and it was 13. 0~//0 in the control group. The CRBSI rate in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Hydropathic compress with iodophors can reduce catheter-related bloodstream infection caused by central venous catheter.
