健康宣教对首发抑郁症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响

目的 探讨健康宣教对首发抑郁症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响。方法 将118例首发抑郁症患者分为观察组和对照组各59例。两组均给予抗抑郁药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予健康宣教8周,对照组给予一般情况介绍。2组出院后均随访6个月。采用世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)分别于患者入组时及随访结束时进行评估。结果 随访结束时,观察组WHOQOL-100量表中生活质量总评、独立性领域、社会关系领域评分均高于对照组。观察组SDSS评分显著低于对照组。结论 健康宣教不仅能缓解首发抑郁症患者的精神症状,同时能一定程度的提高患者的生活质量和社会功能。

Effects of health education on the quality of life and social funcion on patients with first-episode depression

Objective To study the effects of health education on the life quality and social funcion of patients with first-episode depression. Methods 118 cases of first-episode depression patients were divided into control group (n=59) and observation group (n=59).2 groups were treated with antidepressant treatment. The observation group was given health education for 8 weeks. The control group was given general introduction. 2 groups had been followed up for 6 months after discharge from hospital. WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS) were evaluated at patients on admission and the end of follow-up. ResultsThe scores of life quality, independent domain and social ration domain in WHOQOL-100 in the observation group were higher than that in the control group. The scores of SDSS in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Health education can not only relieve symptoms of first-episode depressive patients, but also can improve their life quality and social function.
