腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期血流动力学变化研究

摘    要:目的:观察分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期血流动力学的变化规律。方法:选取2011年10月-2013年4月于本院进行胆囊切除术治疗的70例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同将其分为对照组(开腹手术组)35例和观察组(腹腔镜胆囊切除术组)35例,统计对比两组患者术前10min、麻醉后5min、术中10min及术后5min的血流动力学指标。结果:观察组麻醉后5min、术中10min及术后5min的血流动力学指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期血流动力学的波动较小,从而为手术的顺利进行提供了必要的保证。

Abstract:Objective: To observe and analyze the variation of hemodynamics of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy during perioperative period. Method: 70 patients treated with cholecysteetomy in our hospital from October 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object, and they were divided into control group ( open operation group ) 35 cases and observation group ( laparoscopic cholecystectomy group ) 35 cases according to operation types, then the hemodynamics of two groups at 10 min before the operation, at 5min after anaesthesia, at 10 min during the operation and at 5min after the operation were analyzed and compared. Result: The hemodynamics fluctuation indexes of observation group at 5 rain after anaesthesia, at 10 rain during the operation and at 5 rain after the operation were all better than those of control group, there were all significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: The hemodynamics fluctuation of patients with laparnscopic cholecystectomy during perioperative period is smaller, so it provides necessary guarantee for the operation smoothly.
