全程个性化护理对顺产产妇情绪波动的影响观察

目的：探讨全程个性化护理对顺产产妇情绪波动的影响。方法：选取本院收治的顺产产妇200例，随机分为两组。对照组患者实施常规护理；观察组患者实施全程个性化护理。结果：对照组患者在分娩前SAS、SDS得分均较入院时升高，但是在分娩后7d时明显降低（P〈0．05）；观察组患者在分娩前SAS和SDS得分均明显低于人院时，且明显低于对照组分娩前（P〈0．05）；分娩后7d观察组SAS得分进一步降低，低于人院时和分娩前，同时低于对照组分娩后7d（P〈0．05）；SDS得分与分娩前相比差别不大（P〉0．05），但是明显低于入院时，也明显低于对照组分娩后7d（P〈0．05）。结论：对顺产产妇实施全程个性化护理有利于减轻情绪的波动。

Influence of Full Personalized Nursing on Mood Swings of Eutocia Puerpera

Objective： To explore and analysis influence of full personalized care on mood swings of eutocia puerpera. Method： 200 cases of entocia puerpera in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group for patients with routine care; observation group for patients with full personalized care.Result： The control group of patients before delivery got SAS, SDS score increased compared with admission, but significantly reduced after delivery 7 d （P〈0.05） .In observation group SAS and SDS scores before delivery were signifioantly lower than the admission, and significantly lower than the control group before delivery （ P〈0.05 ） ; after delivery 7 days of the observation group SAS score further reduce （ P〈0.05 ）, less than the time of admission and before delivery, at the same time lower than the control group after delivery 7 days （ P〈0.05 ） ; the SDS score had no much difference before and after delivery （ P〉0.05 ）, but significantly lower than admission, and also significantly lower than the control group after delivery 7 d （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The full personalized nursing on the entocia puerpera will help reduce fluctuations in mood.
