经阴道超声测量早孕期孕囊面积与孕龄的关系

目的：通过绘制早孕期孕囊面积和直径与孕龄的关系曲线，对比两者与孕龄相天性的密切程度。方法：选取正常早孕要求终止妊娠的女性行阴道超卢检查，分别测量孕囊的面积和直径，通过对所测结果进行统计学分析，确定孕龄与孕囊面积和直径的相关性。结果：孕囊面积与孕龄有很强的相关性，直线回归模式显示孕囊面积与孕龄（R2=0．847，P〈0．001）较孕囊直径（R^2=0．739，P〈0．001）有更加密切的相天性。结论：孕囊葭径和面积与孕龄都有较密切的相关性，但孕囊面积与孕龄的相关性更加密切，是早孕期更精确琐测孕龄的重要指标。

Gestational Sac Area in Predicting the Gestational Age in the Pregnancy Trimester Treated by Vaginal Ultrasound

Objective： To explore the close relationship between gestational sac area （ GSA ） and gestational diameter （ GSD ） with gestational age （GA） by mapping the relation curve in the first trimester.Method： The clinical data of pregnanl women who wanled ttb terminate their pregnancy in the first trimester were analyzed.GSA and GSD were measured individually using vaginal ultrasound to predict GA.Result： GSA showed the stronger prediction ability on GA than GSD by using linear regression modeling, although both of them had significant correlalion （ R2=0.847, P〈0.001 ; R2=0.739, P〈0.001 ） .Conclusion： GSD and GSA show exeellent eorrelation with GA. GSA might be an more important indicator in prodieting the gestational age exactly in the early pregnancy.
