参苓白术散对慢性肠炎的疗效分析

目的：探讨参苓白术散在治疗慢性肠炎中的应用价值。方法：将84例本院2012年2月-2013年2月收治的慢性肠炎患者随机均分为对照组和试验组各42例，对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片进行治疗，试验组在柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片基础上再辅以参苓白术散加减治疗，治疗2个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗总有效率92．9％明显高于对照组的61．9％，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；试验组患者半年复发率7．1％也明显低于对照组的88．1％，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：参苓白术散用于治疗慢性肠炎效果显著，并且能够有效降低患者半年复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Shenling-Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Chronic Enteritis

Objective： To investigate the application and safety of Shenling-Baizhu Powder in treating Chronic enteritis.Method： Eighty-four patients with chronic enteritis admired to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected, then randomly divided them into the control group and the experimental group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral salasosulfapyridine, the experimental group was treated with Shenling-Baizhu Powder.The clinical efficacy of two groups after 2 months were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group （ 92.9% ） was higher than that of the control group （ 61.9% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; the recurrence rate in half a year of Chinese medicine treatment group was 7.1%, which was lower than that of western medicine group （ 88.1% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.O1） .Conclusion： Shenling-Baizhu Powder has a good effects in the treatment chronic enteritis and low recurrence rate, it is better than the salazosulfapyridine, and which is worthy of clinical widely.
