中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕内科方案的研究

目的：研究分析中西药联合治疗颈性眩晕的内科方法。方法：选取2012年7月-2013年7月期间在本院诊断为颈性眩晕的125例患者，将其按照随机编号法分成五组，其中低、中及高剂量组以低、中高剂量的颈复康汤结合倍他司汀西药的中西医结合的方法进行治疗，中药组采用单纯中药颈复康汤治疗，西药组采用单纯倍他司汀西药治疗，观察并比较五组患者的DHI眩晕障碍程度、症状积分以及眩晕缓解的时间。结果：中西医结合三个组DHI眩晕障碍程度、症状积分以及眩晕缓解的时间均优于中药对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.低、中及高剂量组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。中、高剂量组的症状积分与DHI眩晕障碍程度均明显优于西药组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合法应用与颈性眩晕的治疗更具优势，是安全有效、科学规范、经济便捷的一种内科综合治疗方案。

Study on Treatment of Cervical Vertigo Department of Internal Medicine Scheme of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To study the analysis of chinese and western combined medicine method of treatment of cervical vertigo.Method： One hundred and twenty-five patients who were diagnosed as cervical vertigo in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected. and they were randomly divided into 5 groups, including three groups using a combination of chinese and westernmedicine treatment （ Jingfukang Decoction respectively by low, middle and high dose groups in combination with betahistine western medicine ）, the chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jingfukang decoction, the western medicine group was treated with betahistine treatment, the five groups of DHI vertigo disorder degree, symptom integral and dizziness ease of time were observed and compared.Result： Three groups of combined traditional chinese and western medicine DHI vertigo disorder degree, symptom integral and dizziness ease time were superior to the traditional Chinese medicine control group, the differences were statistical significance （ P〈l）.lY5 ）, the difference between the low, middle and high dose group had statistical significance （ P〈l）.~5 ） .The degree of symptom score and DHI vertigo disorder, high dose group were significantly better than western medicine group, the differences were statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The application and the treatment of cervical vertigo in combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine has more advantages, is safe, effective, scientific and standardized, economic and convenient a medical comprehensive treatment plan.
