米非司酮和利凡诺联合应用于瘢痕子宫中期引产的作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨米非司酮和利凡诺联合应用于瘢痕子宫中期引产的作用研究。方法:选取本科收治的瘢痕子宫中期妊娠患者56例,将其分为对照组和治疗组各28例,对照组采用米索前列醇和米非司酮配伍进行引产,治疗组采用米非司酮和利凡诺联合进行引产,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组联合应用米非司酮和利凡诺后,在宫缩时间、总产程时间、出血量均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组患者引产成功率96.42%,明显高于对照组的71.42%,同时治疗组行清官术比率14.28%明显低于对照组的50.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:经结果可见米非司酮和利凡诺联合应用于瘢痕子宫中期引产具有良好的临床效果,可以有效提高引产的成功率,降低并发症的发生。

Study on the Effect of Mifepristone and Rivanol Midtrimester Induction of Labor in Scar Uterus

Abstract:Objective: To study on the effect ef combined application of mifepristone and rivanol midtrimester induction of labor in scar uterus. Method: Fifty-six patients with mid uterine sear pregnancy admitted in our department were selected, they were divided into the eontrel group and the treatment group, 28 cases in each group.The control group was given misoprostol and mifeprlstone in induced labor, the treatment group was given mifepristone and Rivanol in induced labor, the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed.Result: The treatment group after the joint application of mifepristone and rivanol, contractions in time, the total labor time, blood loss were superior to the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the groups ( P〈0.05 ) .Patients in the treatment group with a success rate of 96.42%, significantly higher than that of the control group was 71.42%, while uterine curettage rate of'the treatment group ( 14.28% ) was lower than that of the eentrol group ( 50.0% ), the difference had statistical significance ( P〈O.05 ) .Conclusion: The results of combined application of mifepristone and rivanol uterine sear visible in midtrimester induction ef labor with good clinical effect.Can effectively improve the success rate of induced labor, reduce the incidence of complications.
