| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价经颞侧透明角膜切口行超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术对高度近视白内障的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 2例 (2 3眼 )高度近视白内障患者 ,经颞侧透明角膜切口行超声乳化吸出 ,并植入低度数人工晶体。结果 :术后第 1天视力≥ 0 .5者 8眼 (34.78% ) ,矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 12眼 (5 2 .18% )。随访 2年 ,无视网膜脱离等严重并发症发生。结论 :颞侧透明角膜超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术 ,是高度近视白内障较理想的手术方式

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsication and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation through tunnel incision on the clear cornea in high myopia.Methods:In 22 cases of high myopia (23 eyes),we performed the phacoemulsification through tunnel incision on the clear cornea and in low degrees,IOL implantation.Results:On the first day after surgery, 8 eyes' visual acuity (34.78%) was better than 0.5,and 12 eyes' visual acuity (52.18%) was better than 0.5.After 2 years of follow up,there were no serious complications,such as retinal detachment and etc.Conclusion:The phacoemulsification and IOL implantation through tunnel incision on the clear cornea are better methods to treat cataract in high myopia . |
