鸦胆子油软胶囊对裸鼠移植人小细胞肺癌LTEP-SML抑瘤作用

目的 观察鸦胆子油软胶囊的抑瘤活性、疗效及量效关系。方法 以鸦胆子油口服乳液为阳性对照药。通过建立裸鼠移植人小细胞肺癌LTEP—SML模型．观察鸦胆子油软胶囊对裸鼠肿瘤体积的抑制情况并计算抑瘤率。结果 鸦胆子油软胶囊对LTEP—SML具有明显抑瘤活性，抑瘤率分别为43．02％、33．08％，与空白对照组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论 鸦胆子油软胶囊体内对人小细胞肺癌LTEP—SML具有明显抑瘤活性．抑瘤效应与剂量间具有量一效关系。与鸦胆子油口服乳液体内对人小细胞肺癌LTEP—SML的疗效相似。

Inhibition effect of Brucea Javanice soft capsule on person small cell lung cancer LTEPSML transplanted to nude mouse

Objective to study the anti-tumor activity of brucea javanica oil soft capsule,and the relations between curative effect and the quantity effect. Method take the brucea javanica oil as the pasitive comparison medicine, through establishing the nude mouse model transplanted the person small cell lung cancer LTEP-SML,observing the anti-tumor rate of brucea javanica oil soft capsule to the nude mouse tumor volume suppression situation and the computation. Results The brucea javanica oil soft capsule had obviously anti-tumor activity to LTEP-SML,the rate of anti-tumor activity respectively was 43.02%,33.08%, was remarkable with the blank comparison group comparison difference(P<0.05). Conclusions brucea javanica oil soft capsule in vivo to person small cell lung cancer LTEP-SML was obviously anti-tumor activity, the effect of anti-tumor activity and the dosage has the quantity - effect relations.Its curative effect is similar to takes orally emulsion in vivo with brucea javanica oil on the person small cell lung cancer LTEP-SML curative effect.
