| 摘 要： | 目的观察耳穴贴压对围绝经期月经失调患者的影响。方法将276例患者随机分为耳穴组和对照组,每组138例。耳穴组选取内分泌、内生殖器、交感、神门,用胶布贴压王不留行籽,嘱患者每日自行按压3次;对照组每个穴位贴不埋籽纸胶,给予相同的按压。两组均10天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后分别对两组患者进行临床症状Kupperman评分及血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)含量测定。结果治疗后耳穴组Kupperman评分(3.25±3.95)分]明显低于对照组(4.28±3.87)分](P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后及两组患者治疗后E2、FSH和LH水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴贴压对围绝经期月经失调患者Kupperman评分有影响,但此作用可能与调节性激素途径无关。 |
