柴胡疏肝明目丸对肝郁肾虚型外伤性视神经萎缩患者视觉诱发电位的影响

摘    要:目的观察柴胡疏肝明目丸对肝郁肾虚型外伤性视神经萎缩患者视觉诱发电位的影响。方法将60例肝郁肾虚型外伤性视神经萎缩患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,口服柴胡疏肝明目丸;对照组30例,口服甲钴胺片。治疗60天后观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、视力、闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)指标的变化,并判定中医症状疗效及视力疗效。结果治疗组中医症状疗效总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为43.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后视力与治疗前比较均升高(P<0.05和P<0.01);治疗组治疗后视力提高优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组F-VEP-P2波时值治疗后较治疗前均显著缩短(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前比较F-VEP-P2波振幅均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),但治疗后两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝明目丸能使肝郁肾虚型外伤性视神经萎缩患者的F-VEP-P2波振幅的潜伏期缩短,振幅升高,从而改善视神经的传导功能,达到恢复患者视力的目的。
