| 大黄虫丸对大鼠肺纤维化形成阶段肺与脑组织中神经递质的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大黄虫丸对大鼠肺纤维化形成阶段神经递质的干预作用。方法普通级Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为正常组、模型组、大黄虫丸组各12只,除正常组外,其余2组均采用气管内注入平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型,大黄虫丸组灌胃浓度为80mg/ml药液1.5ml/100g体重,模型组灌胃等量蒸馏水,每天给药1次,各组于造模后第28天处死,比较各组大鼠肺、下丘脑及海马组织中多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量。结果模型组大鼠肺与下丘脑组织中NE、DA、5-HT及海马组织中5-HT含量均与正常组有统计学差异(P<0.05);大黄虫丸组肺、下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT含量及海马组织中NE、5-HT含量均与模型组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肺纤维化形成阶段肺与下丘脑DA、NE、5-HT及海马组织中5-HT含量升高,大黄虫丸能调节肺纤维化模型大鼠肺及脑组织中NE、DA、5-HT的含量。 |
