| 摘 要： | 为达到教育部“将护理本科生培养为能在护理领域内从事临床护理、预防保健、护理管理、护理教学和护理科研的高级专门人才”这一教学目标，运用目标教学法、导师制、情感智力感染法和教学双向评价法，对护理本科生临床实习模式进行改革和尝试，建立护理本科生临床综合能力培养模式。该模式使护理本科生形成正确的职业观、高情感智力、科研能力。使其成为全面发展的应用型技术人才；同时，该模式可以激发本科生对护理专业的热爱，促进其深入理解整体护理内涵、提高护患沟通能力；培养教员的临床教育和管理能力，调动了带教教员积极性，提高了临床教学成效。
