本科生临床综合能力培养模式改革的探讨

摘    要:为达到教育部“将护理本科生培养为能在护理领域内从事临床护理、预防保健、护理管理、护理教学和护理科研的高级专门人才”这一教学目标,运用目标教学法、导师制、情感智力感染法和教学双向评价法,对护理本科生临床实习模式进行改革和尝试,建立护理本科生临床综合能力培养模式。该模式使护理本科生形成正确的职业观、高情感智力、科研能力。使其成为全面发展的应用型技术人才;同时,该模式可以激发本科生对护理专业的热爱,促进其深入理解整体护理内涵、提高护患沟通能力;培养教员的临床教育和管理能力,调动了带教教员积极性,提高了临床教学成效。
