老年乳腺癌124例的临床特点和临床治疗研究

目的:探讨老年乳腺癌的临床特点和临床治疗研究。方法:回顾性分析124例老年乳腺癌患者的临床资料,将其随机分为研究组和对照组各62例,研究组给予保乳手术,对照组给予改良根治术,总结两组患者临床特点,观察两组治疗效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组;随访3年,研究组局部复发率、远处转移率低于对照组,3年生存率均高于对照组。结论:老年乳腺癌具有独特的临床特点,早期行保乳手术近期疗效和远期疗效均较好,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

The clinical features and clinical study of 124 cases of elderly breast cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and clinical treatment of older breast cancer research.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 124 cases of elderly breast cancer patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 62 cases,the study group were treated with breast-conserving surgery,the control group received a modified radical mastectomy,summarizes the clinical characteristics of the two groups of patients,observed twogroup treatment effects.Results The operative time,less blood loss than the control group,the complication rate is lower than the control group;up for 3 years,the research group the local recurrence rate,distant metastasis rate was lower than the control group,3-year survival rate was higher than the control group.Conclusion Elderly patients with breast cancer with unique clinical features of early breast-conserving surgery the efficacy and long-term effect is better,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
