| 摘 要： | 目的探讨125I放射性粒子近距离照射治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及副反应。资料与方法按照三维治疗计划系统(TPS)的模拟布源,在螺旋CT导引下局部麻醉进行125I植入,术后1、2、6、12个月随访CT,进行疗效评价。结果17例顺利完成植入手术,无一例发生严重并发症。17例21个病灶中,18个病灶布源满意,满意率85.71%(18/21),5例完全缓解;10例12个病灶部分缓解;稳定2例4个病灶。总有效率80.95%(17/21)。随访2～52个月,5例于半年后失访,2例分别于植入术后7、10个月死亡。另10例中,2例刚植入术后2个月,其他生存1年8例,生存2年3例,生存3年1例,1例已超过52个月。结论CT导引下经皮穿刺植入125I放射性粒子,对肝脏恶性肿瘤有较好局部控制率及较高的安全性。
