| 摘 要： | 用肺吸虫成虫石蜡切片免疫酶染色法诊断62例肺吸虫患者血清,阳性率为98.39％,与血吸虫及肝吸虫患者血清无明显的交叉反应。本法敏感性高,特异性强,操作简便、迅速、经济,可用于临床诊断及流行病学调查。

| Abstract: | Immunoenzymatic staining test (IEST) by using formalin fixed tissue sections of adult Paragonimus skrjabini for the diagnosis of paragonimiasis is presented. Of 62 cases infected with lung flukes, 6.1 (98.39%) showed positive reactions at 1:100 dilution. No significant cross reactions were observed in the cases infected with Schistosoma japonicum and Clonorchis sincnsis. IEST is not only a simple and economical test but also a highly sensitive and specific technique. It is very useful for diagnosis and investigation of paragonimiasis in both clinics and endemic areas. |
