病案管理中相关问题的思考

医院信息化在不断发展，医院对病案管理的质量、利用率及要求逐渐提高。目前，很多医院的病案管理现状已不能适应当今医院的快速发展需求，管理层不重视、专业知识欠缺、管理观念滞后及人员素质不高等问题在各医院普遍存在。因此，增加病案管理投资，提升病案管理人员素质，提高服务质量，加强病案质量控制及利用，保护医患双方的权利等，已是医院管理者的紧迫任务。
