雷火灸足阳明经穴为主对椎动脉型颈椎病血流动力学的影响

为了探讨雷火灸足阳明经穴为主的方法对椎动脉型颈椎病血流动力学的影响，将椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组，常规针刺加牵引组采用临床常规针刺方法，灸法加牵引组以足阳明经穴为主进行艾灸。观察针刺前后椎动脉的血流动力学指标变化，用颈性眩晕症状与功能评估表进行评分观察症状与功能变化。结果：椎动脉Vs、VM、VD症状与功能评估评分均明显提高，且疗效优干针刺夹脊组。结论：该方法可明显改善椎动脉供血和相应症状、功能。

Clinical Study on Influence of LEIHUO Moxibustion Along Foot YANGMING Meridian on Hemodynamics in Vertebroarterial Type Cervical Spondylosis

To study the influence of LEIHUO moxibustion along foot YANGMING meridian on hemoynamics in vertebroarterial(VA)type cervical,70 cases were averagely and randomly divided into observation group(G1,treated with moxibustion at acupoints of foot YANGMING meridian in combination with traction)and control group(G2,treated with routine acupuncture at JIAJI acupoints in combination with traction).Transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)was used to observe the indexes of hemodynamics before and after treatment,and the changes of symptoms and functions were assessed with the scale of cervical vertigo symptoms ad functions.The results showed that the VA blood flow including peak systolic velocity(V\-S),mean velocity(V\-M),peak diastolic velocity(V\-D),symptoms and functions in G1 were obivously improved and superior to G2.It indicates that the method could obviously improve vertebroarterial blood supply, related symptoms and functions.
