| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方柴胡疏肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者初期给予甘草酸二铵、门冬氨酸钾镁,静脉滴注,应用1个月后,改为隔日静脉滴注,再应用7次后停静脉用药。治疗组同时口服复方柴胡疏肝胶囊,对照组口服苦参素。治疗3个月为1疗程,连用两个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、肝功能及HBV DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg等指标变化情况。结果:治疗组在抑制HBV DNA复制,促使HBsAg,HBeAg血清转换方面优于对照组(P0.05);两组肝功能与治疗前比较均有显著改善,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:自拟复方柴胡疏肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广。
