| 摘 要： | 针对公立医院固定资产管理中存在的管理手段落后、管理部门分散、资产浪费、资产使用效率低等问题，提出通过精细化固定资产管理，具体包括信息化管理、价值管理、调配机制等措施，以提高固定资产的使用效率。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems in the management of fixed assets of public hospitals , such as the cur-rent underdeveloped management methods , scattered management departments , waste of assets, low use efficiency of assets, this paper put forward the fine management of fixed assets including informatization management , value management, deployment system and so on to improve the use efficiency of fixed assets . |
