| 摘 要： | 为提高军队中小医院应急作战卫勤保障水平，快速形成保障力，针对当前应急保障力量规范化建设存在的矛盾问题，结合担负的使命任务和训练实际；军队医院野战医疗队在灵活组织军事训练、自主设计及改良创新装备、积极开展野外驻训等方面进行积极的探索和实践，在分队保障力形成方面取得一定成效。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the level of emergency medical support of military hospitals, realize the rapid formation of security force, in view of the existing problems in the standardization construction of emergency support power, combined with the mission and training, a series of practices were adopted such as flexibly organi-zing military training, independent design and improving innovative equipment, and actively carrying out the field in training to promote the formation of the medical team's supporting capacity. |
