摘    要:目的:了解全军首届新聘文职护理人员的岗前培训需求,为完善文职人员岗前培训提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名军队医院护理文职人员进行半结构访谈,并用现象学分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,提炼出主题。结果文职人员岗前培训的3个主题:岗前培训的必要性,岗前培训的内容及方法。结论岗前培训有很大的必要性,并且培训中应采用循序渐进,因人而异的方式对军事相关的内容进行集中的培训。

Analysis of Training Mode of Junior Nurses in Thoracic Surgery Intensive Care Unit
Abstract:Objective To understand the pre -service training needs for the army's first new session of civil nurses and provide a theoretical basis for perfecting the civil personnel 's pre -service training.Methods By using the phenomenological research methods of qualitative research , 11 civil nurses in military hospitals were inter-viewed semi -structurally and the phenomenological analysis method was adopted to analyze data and extract the theme.Results Civil personnel's pre -service training has three themes: the necessity of pre -service training, the contents and the methods of the pre -service training.Conclusion It is very necessary to conduct a pre -serv-ice training, and training should be gradual , vary from person to person in the concentrated training of military re-lated contents.
