某海岛部队官兵实战化救护训练现状调查

目的：了解某海岛部队官兵实战化救护训练现状，为构建科学训练模式、加强训练基地内涵建设、提高训练质量提供依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷，对东南地区海岛部队不同兵龄的官兵进行调查。结果海岛部队急救训练方面硬件设施支撑不够，不同年龄、职级和不同学历的官兵急救知识掌握情况不同，合格率差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。71．01％官兵希望参加急救培训的模式多元化。结论参加调查的官兵急救知识掌握情况整体偏低且参差不齐，应通过加强训练基地的内涵建设，构建科学的训练模式，选择多元化的训练方式和教学手段，加强师资队伍等方式，提高海岛部队官兵实战化救护训练质量。

Investigation on Present Situation of Combat Rescue Training for Soldiers in Certain Island Troops

Objective To understand the present situation of military combat rescue training for the sol -diers in the southeast area, to provide the basis for the construction of scientific training mode , strengthening the connotation construction of the training base and improving the training quality .Methods The soldiers of different ages in the southeast island troop were investigated by self -designed questionnaires.Results The island forces first -aid training hardware support is not enough , and the soldiers with different ages , ranks and different educa-tional degrees have different amount of first aid knowledge , and qualified rate differences were statistically signifi -cant (P <0.01).71.01% officers and men hope to participate in emergency training mode for diversification . Conclusion The first aid knowledge of the soldiers in investigation is generally low and uneven .It is necessary to improve the combat rescue training quality of island soldiers by strengthening the connotation construction of training base, building a scientific training mode, choosing diversified training methods and teaching methods , and strengthening the teaching staff, etc.
