医疗风险影响因素评价指标体系构建

目的：筛选医疗风险影响因素，构建一套科学有效的医疗风险影响因素评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲法构建指标体系框架、层次分析法确定指标权重。结果建立一个由患者因素、疾病因素、医院管理因素、医务人员因素和社会因素5个一级指标以及患者期望值过高、并发症、诊疗服务流程存在缺陷、违反诊疗操作规范、媒体失实报道等28个二级指标组成的医疗风险影响因素评价指标体系，各层判断矩阵均符合逻辑一致性、随机一致性（CR ＜0.1）。结论该指标体系科学、可靠，可以为医院风险管理提供参考依据。

Establishment of Index System for Medical Risk Factors Evaluation

Objective To screen factors of medical risk so as to establish a scientific and efficient index sys-tem for medical risk factors evaluation.Methods Delphi method was used to construct a framework of index sys-tem,and analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weights of index.Results A index system for med-ical risk factors evaluation which consisted of 5 first -grade indicators,including patients factors,disease factors,hos-pital management factors,medical staff factors and society factors,and 28 second -grade indicators,including high expectation of patients, complications,defects of medical service process,violation of clinical practice and inaccurate media reports,were constructed.The layers of judgment matrix had logical consistency and random consistency(CR <0.1).Conclusion The index system is scientific and reliable be used as reference for hospital risk management.
